FAMOUS MONSTERS JAPANESE CD SLEEVE INSERT (style A)
When CDs are sold in Japan they come with this odd little extra insert inside the shrink wrap. Not sure why (it is all in Japanese after all). This is from the standard Famous Monsters release.
